Employment and Labour hosts Service Delivery Outreach Campaign across the Free State, 3 to 23 Sep
The Department of Employment and Labour in the Free State, through its entity, the Compensation Fund (CF), will host a Service Delivery Outreach Campaign aimed at bringing government services closer to communities across the province.
The campaign will provide residents with access to a range of the Department's services, as well as services offered by participating government departments and private-sector institutions.
The Taking Services to the People Campaign will be held as follows:

The following services of the Department will be rendered:
- Compensation Fund (CF): Processing of claims for occupational injuries and diseases
- Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF): Claims enquiries, applications and processing
- Public Employment Services (PES): Work-Seeker, counselling and opportunity canvassing
- Inspection and Enforcement Services (IES): Compliance enquiries and inspections
The Department will also partner with key intergovernmental stakeholders and private sector institutions, including the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Health, the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA), Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA), Federated Employers Mutual Assurance (FEMA), and Banks, among others, to render a wide range of services to the community.
All clients are requested to bring their Identity Documents (IDs), relevant Injury on Duty Documents including Medical Reports, Completed UI-19 form, Bank-stamped Confirmation Letter, and work-seekers are further encouraged to bring along their Curriculum Vitae (CVs) to be registered on the Employment Services of South Africa (ESSA) Database.
